Sipan Tires & Rims

I've been buying rims and tires from them for many years now, anyone that I've also recommended, they had their own positive experience. Front desk knows their craft, they're knowledgeable and helpful. They deal with all sorts of cars, high end ones too, and they handle things with care and professionalism. Recently took my car for a set of winter tires, great deal, and even a quicker installation than before, 5 stars

I’d recommend Sipan to everyone. Effective, knowledgeable, honest and courteous. I’ll go nowhere else but there from now on. When I dropped my new car off for service, I knew my car would be well taken care of. I then forgot to check for box a parts I had purchased when I picked up my car and didn’t notice the missing parts until a month later when I needed the parts. I dropped in the shop to explain the situation and Mony didn’t hesitate for a second to fix my predicament. Thank you!

Really like the owner, but have had far too many problems—more than one can imagine. To start, when I ordered a set of winter tires and rims, the ones fit by the shop did not fit my car (17”) I had to wait weeks for a set that would. Then when the rims that supposed fit came in, they cleared the calipers by mere millimeters, which is a hazard. A new set had to be ordered in 18”, which is what the car manual and I (from a quick google search) said was required. Then it took nearly 4 weeks for the 18” rims to arrive. No updates, I had to chase them and call every few days. Once the rims arrived and I brought my car to have the wheels changed, the tires were supposedly delayed as well. Convenient. When I went to have these rims installed, I had to return 3-4 TIMES, only to wait hours each time. Each of the preliminary times I went, I had to wait OVER 3 HOURS only to be told it couldn’t be done that day and to leave my car there. I work. I booked an appointment well in advance. Really? Finally, after weeks I had a winter set on my car. Finally a relatively satisfied customer. At least satisfied to have winter tires on my new car. Fast forward the summer season to when it was time to have the winter put back on. (I had them changed and stored at the shop for the summer season.) Upon having them switched back for the winter, I noticed all my rims were chipped, scratched and damaged. Great. I called the proprietor and let them know, they promised to fix the issue but would not give me confirmation via email, only verbal. Fast forward to this year, I have my rims swapped over to these damned winters again and they’re damaged beyond belief after having them stored at the shop again. Not only that but one tire has a huge bulge (which is not their fault) but it was marked with a tire marker by the shop. I was never notified in any way of the dangers condition of the tire. Wow. Now I’m stuck again, after paying thousands to this shop. Frustrated doesn’t even define how this experience has made me feel. Needless to say, it’s a great shop (according to all the other reviews—not in my experience) with the absolute worst service I personally have ever seen. Avoid.
